Children's Hospital & Research Center Oakland invites you to attend the Kids Gettin’ Fit! weight management and activity program for kids 6 to 12 and their families. The program helps kids and an adult family member focus on healthy eating and exercise.
Classes are two hours each week for six weeks. Each session includes information time, outdoor play, food tasting, and weekly assignments and projects for the family to work on together. See sample class schedule below.
